This is where the hunger mapping process really gets put to the test. And trust me, I get how insanely hard it is, especially if you've been stuck in that horrible diet deprivation cycle for way too long.

Here's the tough truth: when you've been restricting for so long, your body goes into panic mode anytime it senses potential starvation. So those ravenous hunger pangs and insane cravings? They're actually being amplified beyond what's realistic.


But I'm here to remind you that you've gotta ride out those irrational urges for now. They're just an overcompensation from years of fighting your natural signals. The more you honor true physical hunger, the quieter those deprived daily binge monster voices will become.


Because here's the beautiful part: once you break free from that dysfunctional cycle, your body will remember how to simply eat when it's hungry and stop when it's full. No more emotional rollercoasters or weighing every bite with guilt. You'll feel at home in your body again.


So keep breathing through it. Maybe do a quick body scan - are you really, truly hungry right now? Or is this just habit talking? Get recentered, then make your choice from a calmer space.
